Pricing & Payment

 

Naturally, the price of the event depends on many things. The menu itself, the number of guests, the duration of the event, the staffing required and other special needs all combine to generate the “price per person” charged. After meeting with you and determining the answers to all of the above questions, a price would be quoted. We do not use “pre-planned” menus and prices. Our personalized service helps meet your needs and enables us to give you the best price possible. We will be glad to provide multiple quotes on different menus so that you have your choice of selections and prices.

Deposits, Payments and Cancellations:
A 1/3 deposit (minimum deposit on any event is $1,000) would be due at the time the event is booked. That would be based on the agreed price per person plus the applicable sales tax multiplied by the estimated number of people attending the event. An additional 1/3 of the balance is due 45 days prior to the event. I know no one can accurately count the number of guests who will attend months before an event, so I do not require a final and firm count and remaining balance until five (5) days before the event. Any adjustments to the number of guest will be made at that time with full credit given for the initial deposits. For your convenience, we will gladly accept Visa and Mastercard for your deposits and/or final payments.

Because smaller groups are more expensive to prepare for on a “per person” basis, we reserve the right to revise the price quoted on an event if the number of guests falls below 80% of the original number of guests on which the price was quoted.

A cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged for any event canceled within one hundred twenty (120) days of the event. Events canceled before then will receive a full refund of the deposit paid. If cancelation is within forty-five (45) days of the event, the entire initial deposit will be non-refundable.

Gratuity:
A gratuity of 17% will be added for groups of 199 or fewer guests. A gratuity of 15% will be added for groups of 200 or more.
